REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Will I receive a refund if I withdraw from a course?

Yes. Participants who withdraw their enrolment more than three (3) days prior to the course commencement will receive a full refund of their deposit.

 

What if I withdraw from a course with less than three (3) days’ notice? Will I receive a refund?

Participants who withdraw from a workshop with less than three (3) days before the workshop commencement date will be considered for a refund. This will be on a case-by-case basis, and at the discretion of Jackie Watt Consultancy.

 

How do I withdraw from a course?

You will need to notify Jackie Watt Consultancy of your decision to withdraw from a workshop in writing.

How will you refund my money?

All refunds will be credited back via the same method through which payment was made.
